“In 2020 I decided to demolish my stick-frame house in Miami Springs and build a new construction home. I reached out to John Bell Construction, and Oscar Morejon, the G.C. and Owner, came to my home with a proposal in hand, accompanied by his two business partners. He was prepared with a professional portfolio of past projects, pictures, and references. I was very impressed, but what sealed the deal was finding out they were a faith-based company, and all were dedicated Christians.
I was amazed at how fast and seamless the build was (about 7 months) including demolition. The finished product was amazing and as advertised. Just this past week, I noticed a little water on the floor of one of the bathrooms and called Oscar to let him know about the issue. I had not talked with him in about 2 years. I called him at about 4:30 one afternoon, and in less than 30 minutes, he called me back.
The very next morning at 6:45 AM, he had two of his trucks at my house! By 11:30 AM, the leak was fixed, with drywall back in place and drying! The next morning at 7:00 AM, they came to finish! I can’t even tell where the drywall was replaced!
For what it's worth, if you are fortunate enough to have Oscar and John Bell do your construction, I personally promise you will be well pleased.
